Projects that qualify for Direct Environmental Benefits in the State of California (DEBS) pursuant to section 95989(b) of the Cap-and-Trade Regulation must submit an application for DEBS determination. For those projects that have submitted applications and been determined to provide DEBS, the “ARB Offset Credit Issuance” tab of the ARB Offset Credit Issuance Table denotes their designation in column R and includes a link to the project application and CARB Executive Officer Determination in column S.
