Potter Trucking Case Settles

An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that Potter Trucking failed to bring one of their on-road heavy duty diesel trucks into compliance with the PM BACT requirements of the Model Year Compliance Schedule.  ARB documented violations as they related to the Truck and Bus (TB) Regulation.  To settle the case, Potter Trucking agreed to demonstrate proof of compliance with TB by November 30, 2017, and penalties of $12,000.00 should Potter Trucking fail to comply by that date. This settlement was reached in November 2016.
