PLZ Aeroscience Corporation Case Settles for $7,800.00

In October 2011, PLZ Aeroscience manufactured a batch of KRA 7654 Industrial Spray Adhesive that contained methylene chloride in violation of the prohibition against using chlorinated solvents in Mist Spray Adhesives. The product was supplied and sold in California. PLZ Aeroscience confirmed that it was a single batch that was made in error and have instituted additional product quality controls to prevent future errors. The case was settled on October 7, 2013 for $7,800.
