Peter Doehle Schiffahrts-KG Case Settles for $27,750.00

Peter Doehle Schiffahrts-KG has paid $27,750.00 in penalties to the Air Resources Board for violating air quality regulations. This settlement was reached on December 13, 2013. An investigation by the ARB showed that the Peter Doehle Schiffahrts-KG vessel, Fanfare, failed to operate on compliant distillate fuel upon entry into Regulated California Waters. Peter Doehle Schiffahrts-KG took prompt action after being notified of these violations and under ARB’s supervision began operating in a compliant fashion. To settle the case, Peter Doehle Schiffahrts-KG agreed to the $27,750.00 penalty and to comply with ARB regulations.
