The Freight Regulations Reporting System (FRRS) is a system developed by the California Air Resources Board to support the registration and reporting of drayage trucks and transport refrigeration units. FRRS will replace the Air Resources Board Equipment Registration (ARBER) system and will provide a central location for users to comply with freight regulated equipment registration and reporting requirements.
Initial registration in FRRS allows users to create a company profile, establish users and user accounts for a company, and register and edit all owned equipment. Additional features of the system include online transfer requests, bulk equipment registration and updates, custom equipment searching and filtering, and report exporting.
