Vending Machines are subject to the regulation, Prohibitions on Use of Certain Hydrofluorocarbons in Stationary Refrigeration, Stationary Air-conditioning, and Other End-Uses (HFC Regulation).

“Vending Machine” means a self-contained unit that dispenses goods that must be kept cold or frozen.

Vending machines are subject to the prohibitions under Section 95374 Table 1. Vending machines are also subject to the requirements under Section 95375 (a).
