Olympic Mountain Products Case Settles for $15,000

On September 28, 2010, a case was settled with Olympic Mountain Products for selling fragrance diffusers into California subject to the VOC limit for liquid/pump air fresheners, title17, California Code of Regulations, section 94509 (a). The fragrance diffusers contained concentrations of VOCs exceeding the 18 percent by weight VOC limit.  The company paid a settlement of $15,000 to settle the case.
