Reporting Incentive Program Complaints
Assembly Bill (AB) 794 (2021) requires fleet purchasers of drayage and short-haul trucks participating in incentive programs funded or administered by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) to meet specific labor standards, attestation, and other requirements. AB 2737 (2022) also requires attestation by lessees if the lease is greater than one year. CARB is responsible for ensuring that all applicants and grantees comply with requirements outlined in AB 794 and AB 2737.
If you would like to submit a complaint to CARB regarding an open judgment with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) or untruthful attestation for a fleet participating in an incentive program subject to AB 794, please file it here:

Note that labor law violations will be enforced by DIR. For all new labor law violation complaints, please submit a Labor Law Violation Report with the California Department of Industrial Relations.
