Reporting AB 794 Incentive Program Complaints
Assembly Bill (AB) 794 (2021) requires fleet purchasers of new drayage and short-haul trucks participating in applicable incentive programs funded or administered by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) to meet specific labor standards, attestation, and other requirements. AB 2737 (2022) also requires attestation by lessees if the lease is greater than one year.
