What are the emissions stemming from the transportation of the Soybean Oil to Newfoundland, emissions from cultivating the soybeans and processing them into oil prior to transport, the emissions from the Newfoundland refinery to make bio diesel, and the emissions of transporting the bio diesel to California via ocean tanker. After presenting this data, please demonstrate how the bio diesel product meets a LCFS. How does this process fit into the Global Climate Change issue that is driving a conversion to bio diesel.
