At a public meeting to be held on June 22nd, 2023, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) will consider approval of the Eastern Kern Air Pollution Control District (District) 2023 Ozone Plan for the 70-ppb and 75-ppb 8-Hour Ozone Standards for the Eastern Kern Nonattainment Area.
