2022 - Assembly Bill 2622 (Mullin, Kevin), Sales and Use Taxes: Exemptions: California Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project: Transit Buses (Chaptered)
Extends the sunset of the sales tax exemption from the State’s General Fund portion (3.9375%) for the purchase of zero-emission buses eligible under the Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project from January 1, 2024, to January 1, 2026.
