The U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, approved 3 Partial Consent Decrees for the VW settlement. Each of the documents are linked below. The First Partial Consent Decree contains four appendices that describe the primary elements of the settlement (Appendices A and B describe the consumer buy-back, lease termination, and vehicle modification terms; Appendix C describes the ZEV Investment Commitment; and Appendix D describes the Environmental Mitigation Trust).
