Subject Variance From Prohibitions on Use of Certain Hydrofluorocarbons by Haskris Company

Message

I am against granting Haskris Company a variance from this regulation due to the lethal effect hydro fluorocarbons have on the ozone layer. It doesn't matter how small the amount they want to release is; it all adds up to damaging the ozone layer which protects the environment (people, flora, fauna etc.) from the harmful effects of UV radiation. The law was established to protect the aforementioned; now this company wants to chip away at the protection the law gives us in order to fatten their bottom line. I am against the Board granting a variance to this company.
