Factory farming has a huge negative impact on global warming and dairy farms especially as they generate high methane emission ( 1/3 rd of all methane emission is from factory farming). These companies impact negatively the environment . In addition, the inhumane way they exploit animals is well documented. In no way should these very profitable companies receive any funding. These companies have the mean to invest and should be mandated to reduce their impact on global warming with mitigation action. A good use of the bio gas would be to use micro turbines on site to generate electricity fed back to the grid. No funding should the made available. File Upload (i.e., Attachments): N/A
