The Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy (IATP) attaches this file to show our strong support for SB 253 and SB 261, and to urge on-time implementation of the rules as per SB 219. We also underscore the importance of SB 253 and SB 261 for the food and agriculture sector, which is an important part of California's economy that is particularly exposed to climate risk. We appreciate the Board's consideration and stand ready to support the Board in on-time implementation of the rules.
