Exxon Mobile Case Settles for $90,000

Routine sampling at the Exxon Mobile refinery in Torrance, CA on November 16, 2005, revealed that they were selling premium grade CARBOB with an aromatic hydrocarbon content exceeding their predictive model specification.  The case was settled for $90,000 on January 14, 2009.
