$2,000 in Fines by Cul-Mac Industries, Inc.

On June 17, 2003, Enforcement Division staff obtained samples of the 16-fluid ounce Mopar Parts Windshield Washer Solvent from the Balboa Auto Center in San Diego, California. ARB's laboratory determined this product exceeded the volatile organic compound limit of one-percent VOC for "Automotive Windshield Washer Fluids." A total of 5,592 16-oz containers were shipped to California that resulted in 0.017 tons of excess emissions. Cul-Mac Industries, Inc. settled this case for $2,000 on June 27, 2005.
