Allseas Marine S.A. Case Settles for $7,500

Allseas Marine S.A. paid $7,500.00 in penalties to the California Air Resources Board, for violating air quality regulations. This settlement was reached on June 3, 2014. An investigation by the ARB showed that the Allseas Marine S.A. vessel Golden Seas, failed to operate on compliant distillate fuel upon entry into Regulated California Waters in October of 2013. Allseas Marine S.A. took prompt action after being notified of these violations and under ARB’s supervision began operating in a compliant fashion. To settle the case, Allseas Marine S.A. agreed to the $7,500.00 penalty and to comply with ARB regulations.
