Agustin Reyes, Inc. Case Settles for $5,000.00

On March 28, 2013, a case was settled with Agustin Reyes, Inc. for selling “Royal Violets Agua de Colonia and Royal Violets Baby Cologne with Chamomile” subject to the VOC limit for Personal Fragrance, 20% or less fragrance, category, title 17, California Code of Regulations, section 94509(a). The products were found without displaying the date of manufacture and the company failed to provide requested information within the 90-days as specified in the regulation. The company paid $5,000.00 to settle the case.
