$5,250 in Fines Paid by E&D Trucking, Inc.

In July 2008, E&D Trucking, Inc. agreed to pay $5,250 in penalties: $3,938 to CAPCF, and $1,313 to Peralta Community College District, for violating air quality regulations.  A fleet audit by ARB showed that E&D Trucking failed to properly conduct smoke testing of applicable diesel vehicles in the 2006 and 2007 years. E&D Trucking, Inc. agreed to the penalty of $5,250 and to comply with PSIP and other applicable ARB Mobile Source programs.
