$2,100 in Fines Paid by Eagle Solutions

Eagle Solutions of Adairsville, Georgia failed to certify their small off-road engine (SORE) family for model years 2005 and 2006. During that time several sales were made into California. Eagle Solutions self-reported this oversight to the Air Resources Board and settled for $2,100.00 on May 15, 2007.
