Corona Motorsports Case Settles for $3,750

On June 1, 2009, Corona Motorsports settled the alleged violations in a Notice of Violation for $3,750.  Corona Motorsports sells motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, water sport vehicles, and accessory products in Corona, CA.  The accessory products included non-compliant VP brand 5-gallon gasoline portable fuel containers and fuel jug filler hoses.  All portable fuel containers and spouts are required to meet the performance standards and administrative requirements promulgated in the Portable Fuel Containers and Spouts Regulation.
