$85,000 in Fines Paid by The Complete Logistics Company

The Complete Logistics Company paid $85,000.00 in penalties to the California Air Pollution Control Fund, for violating air quality regulations. This settlement was reached in May 2007. An investigation by the ARB showed that The Complete Logistics Company failed to properly self-inspect the portion of their diesel engine vehicles fleet that falls under the Periodic Smoke Inspection Program (PSIP). To settle the case, The Complete Logistics Company agreed to the $85,000.00 penalty and to comply with the PSIP.
