Chipolbrok Shipping Company Case Settles for $10,000.00

Chipolbrok Shipping Company has paid $10,000.00 in penalties to the California Air Pollution Control Fund, for violating air quality regulations. This settlement was reached on September 4, 2012. An investigation by the ARB showed that the Chipolbrok Shipping Company vessel Leopold Staff, failed to operate on compliant distillate fuel upon entry into Regulated California Waters. To settle the case, Chipolbrok Shipping Company agreed to the $10,000.00 penalty and to comply with ARB regulations.
