Chevron Products Company Case Settles for $364,500.00

Chevron is required to report certain data regarding production at its El Segundo refinery, including a specified efficiency factor, pursuant to the Regulation for the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions, California Code of Regulations, title 17, section 95100 et seq. In 2012, Chevron reported the wrong efficiency factors, but later corrected the report.
