On February 5, 2007, a case was settled with Chemcor Chemical Company for selling into California approximately 10,513 pounds of Old Fashion Lemon Furniture Polish that did not comply with the 7 percent by weight VOC limit for non-aerosol Furniture Maintenance Product and 7,724 pounds of Spots Off, that did not comply with the 8 percent by weight VOC limit for non-aerosol spot removers. The company paid $22,000 in penalties to settle the case.
