Carroll Company Case Settles for $11,000

On February 24, 2010, a case was settled with Carroll Company for selling non-compliant Pro Pride Green Cleaner subject to the 4 percent by weight volatile organic compound limit for non-aerosol general purpose cleaners effective December 31, 2004.  From 2006 through 2007, 4,083 gallons of Pro Pride Green Cleaner were sold into California and Carroll Company paid $11,000 to settle the case.
