On December 1, 2006, Calhome Inc. was issued a Notice of Violation (NOV) for offering for sale and selling uncertified off-highway recreational vehicles (OHRV's). The illegal vehicles still in their possession were subsequently removed from California. The company settled the case on April 16, 2007 for $1,276.
