$810 in Fines Paid by Bruce's Tire Inc.

In July 2009, the ARB reached a settlement with Bruce’s Tire Inc. (Bruce’s) that included $810 to the California Air Pollution Fund for selling and offering for sale non-California certified off-road recreational vehicles.  An investigation by the ARB showed that Bruce’s offered for sale non-California certified off-road recreational vehicles.  The ARB documented the sales of these non-California certified off-road recreational vehicles back in October 2008.  To settle the case, Bruce’s agreed to the $810 penalty.
