Workgroup: Clean Transportation Incentives Funding Plan Development Process: On Apr. 15 via remote access, CARB will hold a workgroup to discuss this year’s development process, timeline, and how to participate and engage in the process to develop the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Clean Transportation Incentives Funding Plan (Funding Plan). Evening Community Meeting: Clean Transportation Incentives for a Cleaner California: On Apr. 15 via remote access, CARB will host one of its monthly evening community meetings on the third Tuesday of most months to share information and hold community discussions on . CARB’s Clean Transportation Incentives Funding Plan Development Process.During this meeting, CARB staff will give an update on the implementation of the California E-Bike Incentive Project, including updates on funding window one and expectations for funding window two. They are seeking feedback on staff proposals for project improvements focused on updates to the application process, a community-based organization incentive set-aside and a new electric bike (e-bike) incentive solicitation. Assembly Bill 32 Environmental Justice Advisory Committee Meeting: On Apr. 17 in Sacramento and via remote access, CARB will host a public meeting for the Assembly Bill 32 Environmental Justice Advisory Committee (EJAC). The committee is comprised of representatives from California communities most heavily impacted by air pollution. This upcoming meeting will include a public comment period.
Virtual One-Stop Truck Event: On Apr. 18 via remote access, CARB will host the virtual One-Stop Truck event. Participants will receive information on on-road and off-road regulations, the Vehicle and Engine Certification and Compliance Program, medium- and heavy-duty zero-emission vehicle programs, the Heavy-Duty Inspection and Maintenance Program, zero-emission technology and ways to build zero-emission fleets, and funding opportunities. Featured sessions will include a virtual enforcement inspection demonstration as well as a California Highway Patrol’s basic inspection of terminals presentation. One-on-one assistance will also be available.
