Evening Community Meeting: Clean Transportation Incentives: On Sep. 15 via remote access, CARB staff will host an Evening Community Meeting focused on clean transportation incentives. The meeting will include the following agenda items: (1) Recap of the MyFirstEV Incentive Project Workgroup, (2) Recap of the Implementation Workgroup for Fiscal Year 2026-27 Clean Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP) and Long-Term Heavy-Duty Investment Strategy, (3) An Overview of CARB’s Clean Transportation Outreach Coordinators & update on Bakersfield and San Diego One-Stop Truck events, (4) Planning for future Evening Community Meetings, and (5) Future Events, Wrap Up, and Next Steps.
