Clean Truck Check-Vehicle Inspection System Reporting Training Webinar: On May 14 via remote access, CARB will host a public online reporting training webinar to discuss updates on the Clean Truck Check-Vehicle Inspection System (CTC-VIS) reporting site and provide an overview of the emissions compliance testing aspect of the program. Clean Truck Check applies to nearly all diesel and alternative-fuel heavy-duty trucks and buses with a gross vehicle weight rating of more than 14,000 pounds that operate in California. Several resources, including fact sheets, guides, and videos, are currently available on the Clean Truck Check Reporting Database page. CARB staff recommends previewing these recordings before registering for this webinar.
Assembly Bill 32 Environmental Justice Advisory Committee Meeting: On May 16 in Sacramento and via remote access, CARB will host a public meeting for the Assembly Bill 32 Environmental Justice Advisory Committee (EJAC). The committee is comprised of representatives from California communities most heavily impacted by air pollution. This upcoming meeting will include a public comment period.
