Evening Community Meeting: Clean Transportation Incentives: On July 21 via remote access, CARB will host one of its monthly evening community meetings to provide updates on Clean Transportation Incentives. The meeting will include the following agenda topics: (1) Update on State Budget for Clean Transportation Incentives, (2) Recap of Drive Forward Community Listening Sessions, (3)Recap of June Board Item: Fiscal Year 2025-26 Funding Plan and Fiscal Year 2026-27 Funding Plan, (4) New California Clean Fuel Reward Program, and (5) Future Events, Wrap Up, and Next Steps.

Community Air Protection Consultation Group Meeting: On July 22 in Sacramento and via remote access, CARB will host a public meeting for the Community Air Protection Consultation group in Sierra Hearing Room. The Consultation Group was developed and implemented by CARB in response to the passing of Assembly Bill 617 in 2017 and aims to provide a statewide strategy to reduce emissions of toxic air contaminants and criteria air pollutants in communities highly impacted by air pollution.

Board Meeting: On July 23-24, via remote access and in Sacramento, the Board will convene to hear the following agenda items: (1)  Appointment of New Members to Assembly Bill 32 Environmental Justice Advisory Committee, (2) 2026 State Implementation Plan Revisions for the California Extreme Ozone Nonattainment Areas, and (3) Community Air Protection Program Annual Progress Update.
