Transport Refrigeration Unit Regulation Workshop: On July 14 via remote access, CARB will host the first Transport Refrigeration Unit (TRU) Regulation Concepts Development Workshop. Discussion will center on assumptions that will be used to develop concepts to further reduce TRU emissions as part of the next TRU rulemaking. Agenda topics to be discussed at the workshop will include: (1) A presentation of background information on TRUs, (2) A status update provided by CARB staff, and (3) An opportunity for the public to learn technical information from CARB staff which will inform the development of the rulemaking.
