Public Webinar on CARB Programs and Regulations: On February 3 via remote access, CARB will host a public webinar on several new regulatory programs that will aid the State in achieving carbon neutrality. The course will cover requirements for existing, new, and upcoming regulations, proposed program elements, and the regulatory process.
Webinar on Transit Agency Diesel-Fueled Bus and Engine Exemption Request: On February 4 via remote access, CARB will hold a webinar geared towards transit agencies and transit bus manufacturers on the requirements of the exemption process under the Heavy-Duty Engine and Vehicle Omnibus Regulation (Omnibus Regulation). CARB staff will provide an overview of the exemption request for 2022 and subsequent models of diesel-fueled medium or heavy-duty engines as well as the requirements for the Omnibus Regulation.
