During the period July 2003 through January 2006, Blanco America, Inc. supplied and offered for sale in California, Blancoclean Coloured Sink and Surface Cleaner subject to the Consumer Products Regulation. The product did not meet the 4% VOC limit for General Purpose Cleaners. In addition, no explanation was submitted by Blanco America, Inc. for the date code used on the product which is a violation of CCR, Title 17 Section 94512(c). The case was settled on January 25, 2008 for $6,000.
