AZAA Investments, Inc. Case Settles for $1,006,250

On November 30, 2018 AZAA Investments, Inc. (AZAA) located in Memphis, TN fka AutoAnything, Inc., a Nevada corporation settled with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) for violations of aftermarket parts regulations.  AZAA offered for sale, advertised, and/or sold illegal aftermarket parts in violation of Vehicle Code section 27156 and title 13 of the California Code of Regulations, section 2220, et seq.  AZAA no longer sells automotive parts, and as a condition of settlement, is under a permanent injunction not to advertise or sell automotive parts without first notifying CARB.
