Autosales, Incorporated Case Settles for $599,040

In July 2014, Autosales, Inc. (Autosales) settled its case with the Air Resources Board (ARB) involving violations related to sales and advertising of non-exempted aftermarket performance parts in California. Autosales has agreed to pay a total amount of $599,040, consisting of a penalty of $449,280 payable to the California Air Pollution Control Fund and $149,760 payable to the School Bus and Diesel Emission Reduction Supplemental Environmental Project.
