Artesia Sawdust Products, Inc. Case Settles for $4,875

Artesia Sawdust Products, Inc. will pay $4,875.00 in penalties for violating air quality regulations: the funds will go to the Air Pollution Control Fund, which provides funding for projects and research to improve California's air quality. This settlement was reached in July, 2017.

An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that Artesia Sawdust Products, Inc. failed to properly self-report their diesel off-road equipment to assure compliance with the Off-road Regulation. To settle the case, Artesia Sawdust Products, Inc. agreed to the $4,875.00 penalty and to comply with PSIP, Truck and Bus, and other ARB programs.
