Arrow Lighter, Incorporated Settles For $8,000

In June 2019, a case was settled with Arrow Lighter, Incorporated (City of Industry, California) for selling charcoal lighter material products into California that were not certified and did not meet the requirements stated in the Consumer Product Regulation, title 17, California Code of Regulations section 94509(h). Arrow Lighter, Incorporated paid $8,000 in penalties for uncertified charcoal lighter materials. To come into compliance, Arrow Lighter, Incorporated is no longer offering the product for commerce in California.
