Aromasource, Inc. Case Settles for $3,000.00

On January 3, 2013, a case was settled with Aromasource for selling “Lucia No. 2, Laurel Leaf & Olive Reed Diffuser” subject to the VOC limit for Air Fresheners: Liquid/Pump Sprays, title 17, California Code of Regulations, section 94509(a). The product contained concentrations of VOC’s exceeding the 18 percent by weight VOC limit. There were approximately 0.025 tons of excess emissions. The company paid $3,000 to settle the case.
