Alliance Service Station Case Settles for $1,000

On September 18, 2007, routine sampling at Alliance Service Station in Redding, CA found that the premium gasoline had both oxygen content and ethanol contents that exceed the State standard.  The case was settled for $1,000 on January 26, 2009.
