Advanced Healthcare Distributors, LLC and Apex International Mfg., Inc. Case Settles for $45,000

Between 2010 and 2012, Advanced Healthcare Distributors, LLC sold Cristophe Professional Shaping Hair Spray at CVS Drug Stores in California that was manufactured and supplied by Apex International Mfg. Inc. This product contained VOC’s in excess of the 6% limit for hair styling products. Approximately 2.41 tons of excess emissions resulted from this violation. The case was settled on March 26, 2014 for $45,000.
