In January 2009, several dealers settled with ARB for offering for sale and selling uncertified off-highway recreational vehicles (OHRV’s) and/or on-road motorcycles (ONMCs).The dealers that settled were:ABC Bikes of Vernon, Scooter Dynasty of Monterey Park, Mr. Scooter, LLC of San Francisco, and ATV’s Unlimited of Clovis.The illegal vehicles still in their possession were subsequently returned to the distributor and/or manufacturer or removed from the state.The companies settled separately for a combined total of $3,027.
