In a December 17, 2003 conference call, staff of the Consumer Products Enforcement Section reached a settlement agreement with Radiator Specialty Company for selling 45,444 units of non-compliant aerosol glass cleaner in California. Due to the amount of excess emissions and other mitigating circumstances, the case was settled for $6,000.
