During 2019, CARB staff performed an initial assessment of facilities that would potentially be subject to the emissions data reporting requirements under the proposed Criteria and Toxics Reporting (CTR) Regulation. The preliminary draft list includes facilities subject to reporting due to their greenhouse gas, criteria pollutant, or toxic air contaminant emissions.

We are currently in the process of compiling data to provide the most accurate information to the public prior to release.
