MTD Products Incorporated / Home Depot Case Settled for $150,000

During April 2002, the Air Resources Board and MTD Products Incorporated entered into a settlement agreement for $150,000 for non-compliant lawn and garden equipment being offered for sale at Home Depot stores in California. More details on this settlement will be reported in the Enforcement Division highlights next month.
