Kern Oil Case Settled for $2,500
On February 1, 2002, Kern Oil submitted a predictive model notification for a batch of gasoline and on February 5, 2002, submitted a revised predictive model for the same batch with entirely different values. Gasoline was sold from the tank before the revised notification was submitted. The case has been settled for $2,500.
