J and J Motorsports Case Settles for $360

In April 2010, the ARB reached a settlement with J and J Motorsports. (J and J) that included $360 to the California Air Pollution Fund for selling and offering for sale non-California certified off-road recreational vehicles.  An investigation by the ARB showed that J and J offered for sale non-California certified off-road recreational vehicles.  The ARB documented the sales of these non-California certified off-road recreational vehicles back in October 2008.  To settle the case, J and J agreed to the $360 penalty.
